By accessing the Site, booking an appointment, or receiving services from us, you (“you” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Nail Queen LLC is a nail salon located in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles, California. We provide manicure, pedicure, acrylic, Gel-X, and related nail care services. You can reach us at info@nailqueenla.com or at the salon during business hours.
You may use the Site to learn about our services, view pricing and hours, book appointments, contact us, and sign up to receive promotional communications. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or who use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Services for minors require a parent or guardian’s consent and, where applicable, presence.
Appointments can be requested through the Site, by phone, or in person. Online booking is provided through a third-party scheduling platform (Vagaro). When you book online, your reservation is also subject to Vagaro’s applicable terms and privacy practices, which are outside our control.
Booking a time slot is a request to reserve service. We reserve the right to confirm, reschedule, or decline any appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to honor requested times but cannot guarantee availability, exact start times, or a specific nail technician.
Payment for services is made in person at the salon or through the Vagaro platform, as applicable. We accept the payment methods displayed at the salon. Prices for services are as posted at the salon or on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Any pricing shown on the Site is for informational purposes and the price charged at the time of service will govern.
Gratuities are appreciated but not required and are at your discretion.
We ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your time to another client.
Any deposit and cancellation-fee terms will be disclosed to you at the time of booking.
From time to time we offer promotions, discounts, loyalty rewards, and special deals (for example, weekday daily specials, seasonal offers, and appreciation discounts for specific groups). Each promotion may have its own eligibility rules, time windows, and conditions, which we will make available at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise:
Your health and safety matter to us. Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin conditions, infections, injuries, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service if we believe it may pose a health or safety risk to you, our staff, or other clients.
You agree that you are receiving cosmetic nail services voluntarily and that results may vary. Nail services are not a substitute for medical or podiatric care.
If we offer gift cards, they are redeemable for services at Nail Queen and are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and to applicable California law. Gift cards are non-refundable except as required by law and should be treated like cash; we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
All content on the Site — including text, logos, the “Nail Queen” name and branding, graphics, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Nail Queen LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including our booking platform (Vagaro) and our profiles on Instagram, Nextdoor, and Google. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAIL QUEEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAIL QUEEN LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES.
